Mayu Bonnit

Mayu is a Filipina therapist and the founder of Padayon Therapy Space, providing online therapy for youth (13+), adults, and couples across Ontario. She specializes in working with BIPOC, Asian, Filipino, immigrant, high-achieving, and LGBTQ+ clients navigating anxiety, perfectionism, family pressure, identity, and life transitions.
