Our services
Individual Therapy
A space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. Individual therapy helps you untangle overwhelming thoughts, navigate cultural and family expectations, and reconnect with who you truly are. Whether you’re a cycle-breaker, high achiever, or child of immigrants, this is your space to slow down, be heard, and heal at your own pace.

Youth & Adolescent Therapy
Our youth and adolescent therapy offers specialized mental health support for teens navigating the challenges of adolescence, including academic stress, social anxiety, peer relationships, family conflict, and identity development. It provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for adolescents to explore their thoughts and emotions, build healthy coping strategies, and strengthen self-esteem and confidence.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a space for any two people in a meaningful relationship—romantic partners, family members, or other important dyads—to come together with honesty and care. These sessions help you improve communication, work through conflict, rebuild trust, and better understand each other’s experiences.

Student status | No health insurance coverage
Unemployment | Inconsistent or contract-based income
