Padayon Therapy Space was born from one simple belief: healing is possible, and it begins with being seen.
As a 1.5-generation Filipina therapist, Mayu knows what it’s like to navigate between cultures, family expectations, and personal dreams. She understands the joys and struggles of balancing heritage with modern life, and the pressure of wanting to succeed while staying true to yourself.
This inspired her to create a space where people can feel truly seen, heard, and supported, a place to honour your story without judgment. Here, vulnerability is embraced as a pathway to strength. We guide each person to reconnect with themselves, tap into their inner resilience, and move forward in a way that feels authentic.

Padayon Therapy Space provide individual therapy, couples or dyad therapy, and coaching, using evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, SFBT, Parts Work, and trauma-informed, culturally sensitive practices.

Getting started is simple. You can book a 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit. This is a low-pressure way to take the first step toward support.

We take a human-centred, thoughtful approach, combining clear communication with meaningful results. What sets us apart isn’t just what we do~ it’s how we do it. We provide culturally responsive, inclusive, and compassionate care for BIPOC, Asian-Filipino, and LGBTQ+ clients. Couples and dyadic therapy provide a supportive space to strengthen communication, deepen emotional understanding, and repair recurring relational patterns. This work is open to romantic partners, parent–child dyads (including adult children), siblings, and other meaningful relationship pairs.
